What the Institute Portal does
- White-label QuickCram. Students see your brand, not ours. Full color theming + logo.
- Student management. Add students individually or via CSV. Attach them to batches (Morning / Evening / Foundation).
- Teacher portal. Teachers see their batches, answer doubts, mark attendance.
- Knowledge base (Pro). Upload your own notes and question banks. The AI tutor answers student questions from YOUR materials, not generic web content.
- Parent reports (Pro). Weekly progress summaries auto-emailed. Risk flags for students falling behind.
- Analytics dashboard. Engagement, top weak topics, study hours per student.
Plans
- Per-Student — ₹75/student/month, 50-5000 students. Basic analytics, limited mock interviews.
- Institute Pro — ₹25,000/month base + ₹40/extra student beyond 500. Full white-label, unlimited interviews, knowledge base, parent reports.
Most 200-student institutes cross the breakeven point with Pro within the first month.
